[Nfb-krafters-korner] Want to Know Wednesday 6/6/18

In the summer I would rather make small items like doing plastic canvas, making small knitted or loom knitted items.  I am avoiding things that have to drape over my body like blankets and scarves.  The kind of yarn does not seam to bother me.  Some like cotton in the summer!
All my nieces and nefues did not  lived close enough that I got much time around them, when little.  I turned out to be the only crafty one in the famly.  My other sister, with a sight problem, asked me about my crafting.  Then she showed me a bowl she made from origami.  I told her about this group, but as you can see, she must be a busy mom!

I want to apologize about not sending out a want to know Wednesday question last week.  As you know my life has been pretty much upside down the last couple of months.  I promise to be more punctual from now on.

 

So, here is my very late question.

 

Do you all do different types of crafts in the summer?

 

I am finding myself not very interested in knitting during the hot Arizona summer.  Lately the only craft I've been doing is play dough!  My roommate has a 4 year old daughter who has allowed me to make things with her.  She told me my coloring is bad, but my clay is good. Lol

 

Do any of the rest of you craft with small children?

 

Do you have any special summer projects?

 

Please share with us; we want to hear about particular summer crafting projects.
