When you open the app, you have two options once you have signed up. If you
are a volunteer, you click that option. If you are blind, it will say call
for next available volunteer. When they come on the line, you explain your
situation whether you are out and about and are looking for a place, or help
with looking for colors of yarn, clothes, reading labels, ETC.

Do you have a rep you call and then send them a picture of the item.
I forgot how it works.  So there is no fee!
Sounds great.
That program where you have to use the eye glasses is the one I have no
interest in!
