Okay, boys and girls, here we are.  Today starts the beginning of a new Monthly Contest and the last Quarterly Contest.  Grab a munchy and a large beverage
so you can read through this long Infomercial.  
March is all about “CANDY”!  Yummy!  You get to find a recipe for your favorite “Candy”.  Now that you found it, please send it to 
kkcontests2007 at gmail.com
  This email counts as one entry into the monthly drawing.  There are plenty more opportunities to send in more entries for March’s drawing at the end of the month. They are listed
further down.  These entries are when you share with us which activities you participate in during this month.  Activities are worth points which brings
me to the Quarterly Contest.
This Quarterly Contest is March, April & May.  Here’s what happens: you participate in activities, you share that information with us, you earn points
which are recorded, the member with the most points at the end of the quarter wins a nice prize. Worth $100.00. 
Year Contest
Ok, at the end of this quarter, all of your points you earned from the previous quarters are ALL added up.  The person with the most points will receive
a grand prize worth $500.00.
Don’t stop reading!  The following is all the ways each member can get points.  If you’re new, come participate. You never know who the winner until the
points have been tallied.
Below is a list of activities you can participate in to earn points for the monthly, quarterly and Grand Prize contest.  Remember, in order to participate
you must make your submissions of participation via email to the following address:

Activities for the duration of the contests:
CLASSES:
Teach an e-mail, phone or pop-up class – 150 pts each.  
First Time Teachers get a 100 point bonus for teaching.  This is a onetime WELCOME BONUS.
If you have taught before, but not in the past year (2017) score a onetime WELCOME BACK BONUS of 100 pts. for teaching a class again.   
Teacher: Promote your class on the Krafter’s Korner email list, take attendance in class, send your attendance record to the 
kkcontests2007 at gmail.com
 address, receive 10 points per student in attendance. 
Student: Attend and actively participate in class.  At the end of class, provide feedback to your instructor about the class you took as well as sending
a copy of your feedback to the 
kkcontests2007 at gmail.com
 email address. – 100 points.
Point Schedule by the Month. Receive 100 points for submitting a pattern/recipe to the monthly contest
               March   Candy
               April       Any Craft
               May       Summer/beach fun
Schedule & teach the craft that you submitted the pattern/recipe for before May 15, receive the 150 points for teaching the class. Plus 50-point Bonus.
Total 200 points
CHATS
Lead a 
Monday
 Night Chat – 100 pts. for each chat.  
Bring in an outside guest speaker for a 
Monday
 Night Chat, receive 100 points. 
WANT TO KNOW 
WEDNESDAY
Answer the Wednesday question and receive 25 points 
Refer a new member to Krafters Division. If they become a paid member during the contest and list your name on their membership form, you score 100 points.
Sponsor a monthly contest – 100 pts.
Donate $20 or more to the Kane Brewer Fund, 100 pts.
