Hi Henry,

The time was 4 p.m. central on the proposal form that Tammy filled out.
teachers choose what time they'd like to teach their class, as you know.
Maybe it will not be the best time for some, but if someone really wants to
learn to crochet they can adjust their own schedule. That is what I would do
if I really wanted to learn to crochet.
