Well I suppose it is time for the nut down south to run her mouth!  Maybe
there is a full moon tonight. because there has been a lot of howling on
list today.  I am wondering which one among us is faultless?  According to
my faith, only one person is without blemish.  He is the same one who was
crucified for me and everyone else who chooses to believe.    

Matthew5:9 Blessed are the peacemakers for they will be called children of
God.

Romans 14:19 So then we pursue the things which make for peace and the
building up of one another.

1 Corinthians 13:1-7

 

If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am
only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy
and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that
can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I
possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast b

en-NIV-28669b> but do not have love, I gain nothing.

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is
not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not
easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil
but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always
hopes, always perseveres.

 

I am really sad that when there are disagreements, we can't extend a little
grace to one another.

Also a reminder to Christians :

Matthew 18:15

"If your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault, between you
and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained your brother. But if he
does not listen, take one or two others along with you, that every charge
may be established by the evidence of two or three witnesses. If he refuses
to listen to them, tell it to the church. And if he refuses to listen even
to the church, let him be to you as a Gentile and a tax collector. 

 

And my last verse:

Matthew 7:3-5

3 "Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no
attention to the plank in your own eye? 4 How can you say to your brother,
'Let me take the speck out of your eye,' when all the time there is a plank
in your own eye? 5 You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye,
and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye.
