Were you on this list or another NFB list, before?

Why not try the beginner crochet class, like Cindy suggested. It is free and if you can not get the conference call free, than try skipe.
A few on the list, have used it, but not me!

We say here that it a small world when you run into the same person in different contexts. I remember you from quite a few years ago when I sent you some braille books for your students. 

I needle knit quite well, loom knit not much, do latch hook, needle point on plastic canvus, beading, and am ready to learn pretty much any new craft.

Hi,

 I live in Macedonia and I got blind when I was a baby. I have tried knitting, but didn't become very good at it so I guess I now need to discover something new and move it from more simple to more complex.

 i haven't done much sowing because in my country we don't get to learn daily living skills and not many totally blind people around that are doing much crafting.
