Class Description: 

Description: Former caterer will teach and share tips to make a Mother's Day
Bruch with a gift and Mother's Day recipes using foods you can get and turn
them into something delicious for the brunch. Gourmet chicken salad, Finger
Sandwiches and much more with tips to make this a delicious Brunch for
someone special

 

Skills Needed: 

Ability to make brunch foods by mixing, cutting and blending. Skills for
special things will be described.

 

Supplies Needed: 

.       (Please note that Food list will be sent to students in an email
once class begins.)

.       1 four-count package of cloth/linen napkin, 2 or 4 count to a
package. 

.       2 already made designed of your choice to be glued to napkin

.       small basket

.       tableware: Fancy glass, setting of cup saucer, plate, dessert plate
and silver flatware

.       Tray if desired

.       Bowls and spoons needed to make and prepare food

.       Blender if desired

.       Most common supplies needed to make food that will be already
prepare but added to
