Class Description: 

This class is suitable for the beginner knitter or anyone who would like to
know how to make a quick and easy baby bootie. The wonderful thing about
this pattern is that you can easily adjust the size of the bootie by
changing a few numbers in the pattern. I will teach a newborn bootie and
show you how to adjust the pattern for a larger bootie. 

 

Skills Needed: Know how to cast-on and nit and basic sewing. Other
techniques will be described in class.

Supplies Needed: 

Size 9 needle for casting on, 8 or 16 inch length is fine, can be a straight
or circular needle

Size 8 needle for body of project, length of 8 or 16 inch is fine, either
straight or circular needle 

Small amount of baby colored yarn, in worsted weight

Small amount of thin ribbon for tying bootie closed

Yarn needle for sewing bottom and side of bootie

Scissors
