Stretchy Bind Off Stitch Directions
1. Wrap your working yarn 3 times around the length of your loom and cut it from the skein.
2. Thread the yarn onto your tapestry needle.
3. Starting with the last stitch that your working yarn is coming off of move to the next peg and bring the working yarn up through the bottom of that stitch, be sure to pull it all the way through.
4. Now go back down through the loop on peg number 1 pull it all the way through the loop.
5,. Move over to peg 3 and go through the bottom of that loop just as you did on peg 2, pull the yarn all the way up.
6. Go back down through the second loop making sure to go through the 2 strands of yarn
7. Continue in this manner until you have gone through all of the loops.
8. When you have gone through the last loop, go back down through the loop next to it again and then back up through the last loop one more time and make an E Wrap stitch. Bring the bottom loop up and over the E Wrap stitch and off the peg. this will form a knot.
Now, you can take the loops off of the pegs and weave in your tails.
here are 2 notes to remember and help you.
1. Go up through the Even numbered pegs and down through the odd numbered pegs.
2. As Nella said, “ Take 2 steps forward and 1 step backwards.” thanks Nella for your advice and help.
