[Nfb-krafters-korner] Election question

I am very curious about this election and wanted to place it out on list. I
do believe there are those on list that have faced this question before and
wanted to know how it was solved. I had the similar situation at a chapter
election. Hope someone will know.  If there is no one who will step forward
to run for office for does not have the knowledge or experience for the
position and the operating board can not be filledwhat happens? If there is
not a certain number on the board who makes the decisions for the group? I
know there has to be an answer somewhere. Does the NFB take over for a time,
I am unsettled about this directions, sure there is a answer somewhere.
