[NFB-Krafters-Korner] loom knitting question, have forgotten something

Hi, I've had a brain freeze/brain leak, and I don't remember how to bind off
a straight rake knitted piece.  I can needle knit bind off, but not on a
straight loom.  Can somebody refresh my memory??  I looked it up in one of
my knitting books by Isela Phelps but I don't understand her directions.
