The book is called A Treasury Of Knitting Patterns.  There is also a second volume of the same book, a continuation with more patterns.  They are both on Bookshare, and they are also on BARD, by Barbara G Walker.

I don’t have a subscription to Book share yet, and was wondering if the books entitled A treasury of Knitting Stitches by Barbara G. Walker is available for downloading onto our Victor Streams.
I doubt if I can even access the site to see the book listings without subscribing first.
