Hot tea  without milk.  You can use honey in it  or hot lemon  tea is good
with a squeeze of a real lemon.

Now if you are alergic  to any of the above:

Sip on hot water.

I have even tried I can't remember what it is called, but it is a
strongalcaholic like 100 and they even have 120 proof, but it is a lemon
tasting liquor and put that in some hot tea along with the
steroids,breathing treatments and cough medicine with codin.  Lets not even
think of that.  I have been very lucky as I have made it thru the last 2
winter seasons without that.  I really think looking at the start of this
season I have made it thru 3 of them.  But I do remember the breathing
treatments none down here on the first floor.

I hope all have a healthy season that will be coming in the near future.

September 17 Fall means football!  Join me Monday Night as we learn to make
a pompom football themed wreath! We will also discuss snacks to make for
game day.

Supplies needed for the wreath:

12 inch diameter white Styrofoam wreath    form

Yarn in favorite team colors (4 to 5 skeins in total) 

Scissors

Pom pom maker if desired

Tacky glue or hot glue if desired.

Other ornaments for embellishments i.e. small footballs,  team ribbon etc

So gather your best recipes and craft supplies for a fun night of Football
crafts!
