I certainly could not wear it, nor ever could.  But I have 3 granddaughters,

This could be a fun project for knitters or crocheters, just a tube the
right size.  If you have the figure for it, make it fairly tight, as short
and as low on top as you like.  If spaghetti straps are wanted, easy to do.
Just choose the yarn carefully.  A little silver thread or something
glittery would really make it stand out in the evening.  Good goal, Amy. Be
sure to take a picture!

Hi, everyone.

I haven't been on the list for a long, long time due to a hectic
summer filled with family emergencies, a busy work schedule, and
various crazy goings-on. I have finally gotten over a series of
illnesses that hit me, one after another, and am ready to try to get
back on the list more often. I have been paying attention, as much as
I could, and hope everyone is well.

I am a procrastinator. I have started no holiday gifts whatsoever.
Therefore, I will never finish them in time! I have a major project I
want to do, namely design a crocheted evening dress, or make one if I
can't design one. I learned to crochet over the summer and was told
that I was ready to try that as a final project from my instructor.
Once I've found or made a pattern, which I'm having trouble doing, I
need to make it in kind of a hurry, and that project wil subsume all
endeavors that relate to the holidays. I will never finish in time! So
don't feel guilty if you haven't done much.
