[NFB-Krafters-Korner] scarfy

Bernice, Scarfy is a light fuzzy yarn about five ply, though to me feels
like a fluffy four ply. I am crocheting a shawl as we speak. The section I
have done is light weight, just a whisper on my arm. I haven't gone on the
road with the yarn yet, so to speak, so I don't know how warm it is. But
fuzzy soft makes me think coverage without being heavy.

Take off the label of the yarn and it puffs way out nearly into a ball of
sorts. It is 312 yards. I just paid eight dollars a skein from Lion Brand.
They have lots of lovely shades.  

I am crocheting this shawl.

Hi, I called our local craft store to see about taking a feel of the scarfy
yarn some of you have talked about. They didn't know what I was talking
about. Could someone describe what it feels like when knitting it and how it
feels made up. I hate to buy something I haven't been able to touch. Of
course, I also need to know where I can buy it.
