[NFB-Krafters-Korner] Question: kind of paint to use

Hi creative people,

I need tips on what kind of painr/ink etc you call it to use if I want a
permanent (won't get erased even washed) lettering/drawing on fabric.
Something not expensive, versatile and easy to find.

I'm thinking using a permanent marker but its mostly dark ink and they will
get expensive if I cover a lot.

Also techniques you do so it won't smudge all over the place... or on me
lol. I know at least put on some gloves etc etc. The marker would be a
great idea as its already pointed out but I want different color choices.

Any DIY too!
