Maybe knit a flat piece & then sew it up.

Subject: [NFB-Krafters-Korner] Crochet cane holder

I don’t crochet so I thought I would try making a cane holder using a knitting loom. One of the other people on this site mentioned using a 12 pig loom. I use the 12 pig loom, I measured the length of the cane folded up, and knitted until my work was a little longer than the cane. After I took the work off the loom I wanted to see if it would fit on the cane. It was very difficult to put it on the cane. The next size up in the round loom is the 24 pig loom but that is really big. Does anybody hear lumen it, and if so do you have any ideas of how to do this?
