[NFB-Krafters-Korner] Crochet cane holder

Besides the plain stuff of figuring out how big to make the cane holder, I'd
also like to figure out some way to jazz up the pattern a bit by adding some
kind of design.

I have a crocheted slate case, and one of the things I really like about it
is that it has a slate pattern crocheted into it-rows of cells, just like on
a slate. 

So I'm trying to think how some canes or something could be crocheted into
the pattern.  But this may be beyond my crochet ability at the moment.  Not
my ability to do the work, but to do the figuring how to make it happen.
