Hello, Linda, I believe that the Puff Stitch is the stitch more commonly known by knitters as the Popcorn Stitch, so just do a Google search for "knitting pattern afghan popcorn stitch" and see what you find. My search pulled up a few baby blankets. Dotty Martin
