How is everyone? I need to catch up... I’ve been away... I had to admit myself to an impatient psych unit. My bipolar wasn’t very stable. But I’m good now :) I am trying to be mindful while knitting. I found a wonderful book on bookshare called mindful knitting. It’s helped a lot :) Jaycie ferre
