[NFB-Krafters-Korner] Using the crochet instead of the chain stitch.

Hi Becky and all,

I've always used the chain stitch, but starting with the crochet sounds interesting and double crochet is what I would do. Carol and Becky, would you share with me this technique? Please?

Carol, I still love and use the technique you showed us how to start with crochet instead of a chain stitch. I mostly always use your technique to start anything I make. I am making an afghan for my nephew who is getting married. I started it using a double crochet, smile. It is easy to measure how wide you want your piece to be, smile.
