[NFB-Krafters-Korner] Glass cutting

I was looking at the ebook Tammy wrote about, about recycling stuff.  One of
the projects is wind chimes made of old wine bottles, and requires glass
cutting.  It sounds interesting.

Has anyone done glass cutting?  Can you talk a bit about it?  Was it easy to
do without cutting yourself?  Once the glass is cut, how do you keep the
edges from being sharp?
