[NFB-Krafters-Korner] Throw back Thursday was thrown out

We have been scheduling classes here for 10 1/2 years.  So if someone wants
to teach a class, they have the right to pick a day, and time for their
class.  Once a date is confirmed between the teacher and the President of
Krafters Korner, the teacher needs to write up a class proposal and submit
it in on our website.  Our website team puts it up on the website and Cathy
announces it on the email list.  The students are suppose to go over and
sign up for the class and remember what the time is[if it's a phone class]
or watch for an email announcing the class is starting and let folks know
you are there.  If it is a phone class, Dixie sends an email to the teacher
with contact info for her students along with a phone number.  That goes to
the teacher a few days prior to the class starting.  The teacher sends out
to the students a reminder along with the phone number for the class..

It is up to the students to ask any questions to the teacher and if they
will not be able to make a class notify the teacher.  If the student can not
make the entire class, then they should not have signed up for that class.

We all have a schedule and it is up to each of you to make the effort to
show up, prepared and ready to work on what is being taught.  The teacher
has made a committmit to you to teach a class.

I agree with Kaila.  I saw several classes I thought would be interesting.
The trick is finding a day when a reasonable number of people are free.
Could we do it on a class-by-class basis?  Like, for the seed bead pin, the
people who are interested are good with Tuesday the 10th?  Could be
complicated to schedule that, though.

I love this idea, I think that maybe we can just do it on another night and
call it something else. I definitely do not think we should give up on this
idea though.
