An existing member can pay early, but it is not logical, unless it is because you just have the money at that time.
Why pay early for the time you are already covered for???

Dues are good for one year with that year running from July 1 to June 30. 
Sometimes an early bird special will be run & the months that are covered are listed.

Early bird specials seem to benefit new members more than existing members.
