A class to make an origami box and lid has now been posted on the website
for February 28. I recommend 12 by 12 inch paper. It can be card stock or
origami paper. Often you can find scrapbook paper in pads at Michaels on
sale for less than ten dollars a pad. Likely, you will want to make more
than one bocx, so I recommend this. Somebody said it is often available at
WalMart, as well.

I have used these boxes for many things: jewelry, gifts of nuts or candy,
even money for grandchildren. I learned to make them on a cruise a few
years ago and have not stoped. I like things that have a use, but you can
decorate these boxes with many different things after they are made so they
are also decorations. The box and the lid can be contrasting or
complementary colors.
