Hi Dottie,

For the date you write two numbers for the month,followed by a slash followed by two numbers for the day of the month, followed by two numbers for the year. Example: 07/12/19.

There are a total of four fields for the dates, but if your class only has one or two dates, you can leave the other fields blank.
