My sister and Mother were both extreme crafters. Every year they made
decorations in a different medium. There was the ceramic year, beaded
decoration year, painted wood, sea shells and nut shells, lace and beads,
knitted, crocheted, some I don't know what you would call them and of course
plastic grid of many types. When I got married I had no decorations. Every
year they would send me decorations for my tree of that year's medium. I try
to copy some of them, so I am offering a quick and easy plastic grid star.
This star is different from the previously offered star project.

It is 3 dimentional, and easy. You can learn this project very quickly, and
go beyond to decorate the star with beads, sparkle, or whatever your
creative heart desires.

It took me less than an hour to make this star after cutting the pieces. I
used scraps from other projects of grid and yarn.

I would be more than glad to cut some pieces for you if you want to join me.

The class will be a 1 hour phone class on August 29 from 8:00 to 9:00 EST.

It is a beginner project.

Materials needed are; plastic grid, small amounts of 2 colors of contrasting
4 ply yarn, and a yarn needle. Of course you could decorate with any type of
beads, buttons, glitter, or whatever you can imagine.

I'm looking forward to sharing this attractive quick and easy Christmas star
for your tree.

Bernice and the adorable LoLo.
