Hi Terry, yes, that is the name of your book. I believe that it is still 
available through Horizons for the Blind, and that it didn't cost that much.

Its been so long!
I think it is;
Introduction to Plastic canvas.
It is the only one about plastic canvas!
So far, I do not know of any others written on the topic, in braille, for 
the blind.
It originally had tactual diagrams, if they can still make them!
