[NFB-Krafters-Korner] Sock looms

I use the stretchy bind off for socks.
I will google and you tube a pillowcase bind off, are you familiar with the 
Zig Zag bind off method? I use this for the toes of socks and slippers.

That’s a really fantastic idea. And maybe mama can make him fancy footsies 
for Christmas or his birthday.

Would I loom tube socks on a 12 peg loom? Or would I still use the sock 
loom? Or some other fine gauge loom? Any recommendations for type of yarn? 
He really likes soft things. Maybe I’ll let him pick out his own yarn.

Also, would I basically loom a hat? Just a tiny one that could be worn on 
the foot? What kind of cast off is most appropriate? I read something called 
the pillow case cast off, I think? I didn’t quite understand how to cross 
over to each side of the loom for every Peg I bind off.
