[NFB-Krafters-Korner] Making jewelry knitting with wire

Many years ago I encountered a jewelery maker at a local festival that had
made ear rings, rings, and necklaces using very fine wire and it looked like
knitting. I bought the ear rings, and unfortunately they got lost in one of
my moves. I haven't seen him anywhere since.

When we were kids we learned how to knit on a 4 pegged spool loom. We called
it French knitting and the result looked like a thin knitted tube. I wonder
if they would have been stretchy enough to use as a headband?

You can do a buttonhole closure which is pretty easy to do at the end.
