I belive you use a double knot and put a dab of glue. After it dries I have threaded the 2 tails bak through the beads, one going, left and one going right for a few beads, before cutting the chord.
I hate glue so for the few I have done, I have had someone else put the glue on for me.
Maybe someone else has some tips on using glue with out getting it on the beads.

Terry

Subject: [NFB-Krafters-Korner] Stretchy bracelets

I have made some stretchy bracelets by stringing beads onto elastic cord.
I've closed them by tying the cord in a knot, which seems to be what other makers do, but the knot sometimes comes untied, eventually.

Is there a better way?

Tracy
