Maria,

We do have teachers who rather do email classes and that is great as it gives folks like you who live out there a way to participate. It just seems like classes have shift to email and we have only a few phone classes.

For those teachers who feel that email classes have not enough interaction, I am saying we appreciate all the teachers and let them try a phone class next time.

We use to have a closer knit family around here and things have changed, but maybe we can work on getting more crafting conversations back on the list, stimulate more classes and work together .

I had said in the past: Krafters Korner is for everyone and Everyone makes Krafters Korner what it is! Keep on Krafting...

HI Joyce.

it’s hard to attend phone classes for me, as i am a full time carer for my mum. I can’t call the conference line using a normal phone, and even Skype isn’t free I can’t always afford to buy Skype out credit. I have to rely on the internet. The internet here at my mums house isn’t always that good. It’s also hard to find a time when the classes are held at different time zones. They either tend to be late at night, or early in the morning. It isn’t simply because i am not wanting to participate. I have occasionally asked a teacher who is doing a phone class for directions, because i really want to learn the craft but for the reasons outlined above it’s extremely difficult to attend a phone class. I thank everyone who does all kinds of classes. I do really love the email classes and hope some teachers will still do them.

Maria
