Hi Dixie,

How did you choose Way Around over Pen Friend and the other one out there? Do you know where I can find an article or something comparing them objectively with a listing of features plus pros and cons?

I read my way tags with the app on my iPhone.

I run the phone over the tag.  A screen pops up in the app.  If I have already written to that tag then the information I have written shows on the phone screen.  If it is a blank tag, then I can enter what information I want to be displayed when the tag is read.

I am presently making 2 Christmas stockings, one red and the other is green.

I have clipped a way tag onto each stocking.  In the app I enter the information for the way tag.   On the ones on my stockings I have noted the row where I have placed the lifeline, what row I am on and what color the stocking is.

I clipped them on with the locking stitch markers.

The way tag is about the size of a nickel with a hole to put a safety pin through, I put the locking stitch markers through that hole.

I also have clipped one to the second ball of yarn, so I know which ball goes with which project.

I absolutely love my WayAround tags! I use the clip on ones for my yarn, as I have numerous colors for each project. They are so worth it! Also, they can be reused. This is a great sale that can make it so you can at least try it before you decide if you want to buy a whole bunch. :-)
