[NFB-Krafters-Korner] Want to know Wednesday

Well going back to before John died, there was a Halloween Party at the VFW.  John and I went, of course he didn't get dressed other then his normal jeans & Sweatshirt.  Now I had to dress up in some way...  So I put a long flannel night gown over my clothes and wore a pair of goofy slippers and grabbed my hair and put in pig  in all directions.  I have baby fine hair so basically it looked like strands of hair poking out in different directions.  Now what topped my outfit off was I had this stuffed monkey that arms were long and he was huggable.  So when I wanted to dance I got up with my monkey and danced!  The only problem was that the ladies kept breaking in to dance with my monkey.  He was quite popular and John didn't have me asking him to dance.  He was happy and this monkey got around the VFW that night.

One year, I dressed all in black like a motorcycle thug with awith a full face covering helmet on. I sat on the porch to give out the candy because I lived in a 12 room house that was a bear to keep warm if the front door was always being opened and closed.
Some kids came up on the porch and said "Whoa, check out this dummy." I jumped up, and said"Who you all calling a dummy?" They all took off of the porch screaming and yelling, lol. More Hersheys bars for me! Lol.

My daughter once gave me a pair of black pajamas with a life size white skeliton from ankle to neck. I have been known to answer the door on Halloween night wearing those pj's. No crafting; just fun!
