Thanks to those who replied to my message about Singer and Be My Eyes.  Jeanette, no, asking Singer to shell out money is definitely not my intention.  I was simply suggesting that we nominate our sewing machine manufacturer to work with BME so we might obtain sighted assistance with the machine.  If there is money involved, that is a whole different story, and I was not aware of it.

Turns out Brother is a more popular brand than Singer, so I probably won’t get BME to help on this one anyhow.  Still thanks for responding.
