[NFB-Krafters-Korner] Knitting help

Tinking is unknitting.

Tink is knit spelled backwards.

It is a way in which you unknit each stitch one by one instead of "frogging." Frogging is when you take the work off of the needles and ripping, ripping, ripping it back.

This involves finding the loop you dropped, then using a crochet hook to pull the closest un-knitted, ladder stitch through the loop, then the laddered stitch becomes the loop, and you repeat with the next ladder. It's hard to explain in an email. And you have to make the new loop bumps come out on the same side as all your other bumps.

Mittens are pretty small, so backing up wouldn't be a big deal. But backing up through a row where you've knit some stitches together can be very tricky.
