[NFB-Krafters-Korner] Want to know Wednesday

When I was little, we had air raid drills, and there was lots of talk about nuclear bombs. We talked about the rain and snow being contaminated with strontium 90 radiation. Pretty scary stuff.

It’s important that we don’t live in fear, but have diligence in observing what’s around us and having a plan. When I was growing up, we had fire drills and earthquake drills. These kids now have lockdowns and I’ve been there when this happens. It is scary!
