Hi Rose and Sandra, we have seen this paint in Michaels and Jo Anns.
Rose, Terry and I dwant to thank you once again for teaching the Easter Basket yesterday. You did a fantastic job of teaching, and we hope that we will be doing more projects with you in the future.

Yes, it’s called puffy paint or 3-D paint they sell it on Amazon and I’m sure they sell it in other stores as well.
