[NFB-Krafters-Korner] Easy slip-stitch colorwork pattern

I am working on a cowl that has an easy slip-stitch colorwork pattern. It
would be a good beginner colorwork project. It's even blind-friendly, which
a lot of colorwork doesn't seem to be.

It's the Morton Cowl, a free pattern on Ravelry.

It uses a ball of chunky and a ball of fingering, so there's a clear
difference between the 2. I chose gold for the chunky, and a multi-color
for the fingering, which has dark orange, green, blue and light blue, and
maybe even more.

To me, slip-stitch comes out feeling a bit like weaving. Mine has a line of
V's with dimples between. The V's are the chunky gold, and the dimples are
the darker multi-color. Really nice.

I had to considerably cut down the number of cast-on stitches, because mine
was coming out too wide, even though I used the exact materials in the
pattern, but other people I know have not had that problem.

Just thought I'd recommend it, if someone is up for trying something
different.

Tracy
