Do you have an iPhone? There is an app on the App Store which is free it is called Ava. It helps transcribe conversations. You might could use this while viewing videos or communicating via phone calls.

Hi Definitely interested in this as i am a lover of all crafts. Unfortunate i am also very hard of hearing and unless the video is recorded at high volume i cna’t har what is bieng said. Unfortunate when i played the video on utube i couldn’t her it enough to know what was being said. Just thought i wold let you know in case i am not the only one.
