[NFB-Krafters-Korner] QUESTION for Jill Poinesettia class

Pony beads are barrel shape or donut shape beads and are made of plastic. Mini pony beads are 4mm x 7mm pony beads and hole size is about 2.5mm. The hole is big enough to string on to many types of cording and string.

 

Standard size pony beads are 6mm by 9mm and Iam not exactly sure if the hole size is the same as mini, but I think they are.  I have used wire or silk cording and again thinking the cording is 1mm thick as you can fit 2 strands of cording easily thru the hole.

Jill I ordered pony beads for the Poinsettia class. I received them and they were so tiny it was a jewelry making kit. Because these darn beads are in metric can you tell me what size pony beads to order? I thought they were larger. I may end up giving this kit to my niece for christmas since I didn's open the little packages. Thanks.
