Hey guys,

I want to make you aware of a pitfall I came across.  I ordered from the
Hobby Lobby web site using the customer service phone number.  I stated that
I wanted chunky yarn in acrylic.  When the yarn arrived, I found a different
weight, not sure what it is but it feels like a sport weight, probably
thinner than worsted.  I was really angry and decided to cool off before
contacting Hobby Lobby.  While cooling down, I asked hubby to read the label
for me.  It turns out that the Trademark contains the word Chunky.  It's
something like "Yarn Bee Chunky" or Yarnbee Chunky."  The customer service
person probably just picked out whatever came up after using the search term
chunky plus acrylic, rather than reading the description.  I definitely
would have read the description and everything else I could find about the
yarn, but I was tired and decided to do it by phone.  I'm still tired and
don't want to bother with trying to return and exchange the product, so I
will be loom-knitting with two strands of whatever it is I ended up with.
So just be careful about that trade name if you're searching for chunky
yarn.
