Please, only sign up for one class title per registration form.

 

For example one registration form for the beaded ghost, and then a separate
registration form for the jack-o-lantern class.

 

For a class that has more than one date, such as the Quilt-As-You-Go class
had 4 installments, that only needs the one registration for the entire
series of classes under that title.

 

I have recently received registrations that have more than one class listed
in the class field.

 

Each separate class needs to have its own registration form so we can
accurately register the students for each class.
