All I know is you knit on to 2 of the 3 needles and use the third to knit on
to.  It is just like using double pointed needles, but you use less needles
and the needles are flexible, so the stitches move easily.  I messed up some
how, on my first hat!
Thinking about it, I think I had the needles turned the wrong way, when I
started the decrease.  I will have to be very careful, with this hat, so it
does not happen again!
The set comes with 3 sets of needles for each size and originally 2 inch
cables and replace able, 3 inch cables, in the set.
The 2 inch cables are connected to the needle tips and you get the
replacable cables for adjusting your needle length!
Also there are needle caps.  It comes in a cloth case.

Hi Terry, I have never understood exactly how the flexible needles work.  I
never could figure out do you cast on on 2 needles and knit with the 3rd or
do you cast on on 1 and knit what's on the 1st needle, then what's on the
2nd needle.  Did you get the ones from Denise?

 I love them for hats, scarves, blankets!
I hardly ever use a regular needle.  Looking forward to mastering my
flexible needles, so I can do crowns of hats and other small items!
I just tried and  messed up a hat!
As they say, practice makes perfict!
