[NFB-Krafters-Korner] Dexterity improvement through crafts?

Sarah, typing should be good hand exercise. It uses all fingers. Therapists probably can address your specific issues best. Knitting and crocheting provide some hand exercise, but less for the fingers than typing or piano playing. Good luck!
