I have talked with Tammy, and I will teach a popup class on sewing items together on Feb 13 at 6:00 pm eastern time. I know the most about knitting items, but much  of this will apply to crocheted items as well. you need t_o or more knitted pieces, squares or rectangles for sure, but other shapes can also be sewed together, such as a sleeve for a sweater. You need at least two pieces, a dull large eyed needle, (often called a yarn deedle) one-inch or larger safety pins, scissors, and yarn to sew with. One hour should be plenty of time.
