It would be foolish not to sell tickets outside the convention. Too many people don't go! Of course, we have to have enough rectangles, so let's get them to Jill. I finally sent 11 yesterday. But I know others have some that have not been sent. Jill cannot arrange them without a good variety.  I would be glad to make more if needed, but wanted some feedback. I think it takes about six hours to make one rectangle if it is not too intricate. We should print tickets when we have enough rectangles. Then those who will sell before convention can get started. We will need to determine when at convention we will draw so we can get the afghan to the winner or ship it. But first thing is making rectangles!!! Most of us can do it! I am pretty sure that we will have enough variety that plain garter, stockinet, seed or rib will work. Crochet will also add to the variety. I am sure Jill will tell us more. She said she got some from Tracy. I think Denise made  six early on, and I have a notion that many others have rectangles ready to send. Let's not make Jill do all  the sewing in a rush!
