Hi Valerie,

It was so nice to get to know you better. Like you I have tried quite a number of different crafts. I enjoy learning new crafts, so have tried about everything there is to learn. I enjoy teaching what I have learned as well. I see you have signed up for many classes and hope you enjoy them all.
I am glad you posted to this list. I personally do not wish to be on facebook and probably I am not alone in this feeling. So anything craft-related, please post it here.

I'm interested in learning many different crafts. I myself am a ceramic artist and have made everything from sculptures, dishes, mosaics, and love using the wheel—though it's been ages since I had access to one. I have also done some drawing and painting, and my most successful one is both tactile and visual. I know a bit of origami, and have dabbled in polymer clay but would like to learn more. The same for sewing. I know how to sew 2 bits of fabric together to make a little rice pillow, but that's about it. . Sorry this post is so long, but I look forward to meeting new people here now that I hope to be a more active member. Also, I am totally, blind, have been since birth.
