I sort of  understand how to crochet, but I don't think I'm doing it quite right because my attempts don't look the way I've seen when feeling a blanket someone else has made, so I'd love to learn that too. I'm interested in learning many different crafts. I myself am a ceramic artist and have made everything from sculptures, dishes, mosaics, and love using the wheel—though it's been ages since I had access to one. I have also done some drawing and painting, and my most successful one is both tactile and visual. I know a bit of origami, and have dabbled in polymer clay but would like to learn more. The same for sewing. I know how to sew 2 bits of fabric together to make a little rice pillow, but that's about it. . Sorry this post is so long, but I look forward to meeting new people here now that I hope to be a more active member. Also, I am totally, blind, have been since birth.
