Are usually have sighted assistance to help me with the right and wrong size of fabric. If they are solids sometimes it doesn’t matter. To keep them all facing the same way I laid them in a stag and then pin them with a large safety pin altogether facing the correct way. I learned that trick from Joyce.

My Jelly roll came in this week as well. Am excited to begin. But have technique questions. How do you separate the colors in the jelly roll and how do you mark right sides of the little squares? I have only worked with large pieces of material and not a roll that was sent in one roll.
